Join us for dinner, wine and friendly conversation

while supporting Logan in Bloom (LIB), an organization devoted to encouraging community involvement in beautifying and renovating downtown Logan and the surrounding area. This is accomplished by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, creating a warm and welcoming downtown area. LIB has also spearheaded other improvements and nature-themed activities such as the Hocking Hills Butterfly Trail.

Why a community dinner?

Next year Logan in Bloom will be hosting the 2024 America in Bloom Symposium, a conference attended by people from all over the country. Logan in Bloom will be raising funds for this future event, which will bring many visitors to our town, as well as practice for the community-style dinner in preparation for the AIB Symposium.

Our hope is that perhaps this community dinner becomes an annual event for Logan.

THE MENU:

The Dinner on Main menu begins with an Apple Crunch Salad: local spring mix, pickled local apples, Integration Acres Smokey Goat Cheese, Crumbs Bakery Rosemary Cracker Crumble, with Apple & Maple Vinaigrette.

Followed by a Chicken or Vegan entree: 1) Airline Breast of Chicken braised in local tomatoes and herbs served on a bed of sauteed local greens with roasted potatoes, or 2) Stuffed Roasted Tomato filled with quinoa and local vegetables, served on a bed of sautéed local greens with roasted potatoes.

And for the finale, your choice of dessert made by Logan baker Kathy Crisler: Key Lime Cheesecake or a Rustic Dark Cherry Galette.

There will be beverages and wine included with the meal.
